We offer a monthly Open Studio membership for intermediate jewelers. Our hourly rate structure is €12.50 incl. VAT for attendance between 1 to 18 hours, and €11 incl. VAT per hour exceeding a total of 18 within a single month. To maintain membership, there's a minimum payment requirement of €112.50 incl. VAT per month for 9 hours. Payment is due at the beginning of the month for the initial 9 hours, and any additional hours are paid for at the end of the month, along with the following month's minimum attendance fee. To cancel your subscription, please inform us no later than the final Friday of the month.

Each attendance session must be a minimum of 3 hours. We are open every Tuesday from 16.30 to 22.30h. For other days, our weekly schedules vary and are announced a month in advance via a shared Excel sheet. Occasionally, these studio hours overlap with scheduled workshops, where additional participants are engaged in their respective activities. While you usually have independent access to workbenches, there might be occasions when you're required to briefly share tools with others. To attend, you must register in the shared excel sheet for the following week by Friday at the latest. In the studio, there's a list where you must note down the actual start and end times for each session. This is the list used for charging purposes. A cancellation policy is in place requiring a 48-hour notice, otherwise, the hours (3) are still charged.

Our studio provides access to a wide range of tools and materials. This includes casting sand, propane and silver solder. Silver is available for purchase, priced at €4 per gram, regardless of form (plate/wire/scrap). We do not offer gold (solder), gemstones, and wax. Feel free to bring your own tools and materials, ensuring they're kept separate. We also offer the option of purchasing specific tools or materials upon consultation, albeit with associated minor fees. Additionally, we offer the option of arranging permanent storage space for personal tools.

There is always someone from our team present in the space for questions and supervision. We expect all members to handle tools and materials with care. Should any damage or depletion occur, it's imperative to report it promptly so we can address it accordingly. Before the start of a membership in the open studio of STUDIO eF7, individuals are required to read and sign our house rules.
